Get Notified
Payment Terms: Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. For recurring services, invoices will be sent monthly and are due within 14 days of the invoice date (Net 14). Late payments may be subject to a late fee of 5% of the outstanding balance.
Access to Property: Client agrees to provide necessary access to the lawn on scheduled service days. Client agrees to remove any obstacles (e.g., toys, vehicles) that may hinder service. All pets must be secured.
Weather Delays: Services may be postponed due to inclement weather. The provider will notify the client and reschedule within [2] days.
Cancellation and Termination: Client may cancel a scheduled service with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Liability and Insurance: The provider agrees to perform services in a professional manner and carry appropriate liability insurance. Provider is not responsible for damage due to hidden objects or pre-existing lawn issues. Client agrees to notify provider of sprinkler systems or delicate landscaping features.
